This is the time of year when I write, record, PowerPoint and prep for the coming year. There is so much to be excited about in 2011 that I can barely contain myself! A few things on my list ...
1. Mobile mobile and more mobile
Office visits will continue to be a priority for me in 2011. I know that you have questions - and sometimes I have the answers! So I will be mobile again in the coming year ... look for the schedule to be posted soon on the company calendar. Along those same lines, I know are you mobile too! I plan to explore and teach as many mobile tools as you can all digest! I am really rooting for you all to get the smart phones I know you put on your holiday wish list.
2. Video-palooza
In 2011, I am planning to record many of my how-to presentations that I usually write out for you. Look for a new video every Friday in your email and posted here!
3. Let's do lunch
In an effort to get my happy smiling face in front of you more often, I invite you to have lunch with me on Mondays. Well, I will be teaching via webinar, but you can watch while you lunch. I am putting together a survey to see what topics you might want to hear about ... you pick em and I will teach em!
4. New Agents - new experience!
I have significantly changed the New Agent Training Program around this year - in both schedule and material. In addition to the training programs, I have a new agent blog launching and New Agent Night Out's on the 2011 calendar for sharing knowledge and networking.
So get excited with me about 2011! We have so much to look forward to together.
