Saving the World at Work - a new book by Tim Sanders

Hello All & Happy Tuesday!

Today, one of my fav authors, Tim Sanders - who wrote The Likeability Factor and Love is the Killer App, released a new book - Saving the World at Work. I can't even tell you how excited I am to read this book.

I teach Tim's ideas, behaviors and methods to new and seasoned agents because I believe his work to be so crucial to your personal and professional development. I would challenge anyone to read his books and not become a believer (and a lovecat).

Tim's first book, The Likeability Factor, is a revolutionary book that I have on my "must read" list for any new agent. While the idea behind the book is simple, it is all too easy to forget the little things - like a smile - that can make a big difference. The book goes way beyond the power of a smile and I promise you will be changed after reading it.

Tim's second book, Love is the Killer App is a little more out there in regard to his writing style but now, as I reflect back on reading this book, I think that his ideas were ahead of their time. Tim talks about the importance of gaining knowledge, building a network and then sharing your knowledge and connections ... sounds like the blogging/social networking/wiki world we live in today. I loved this book even more than his first and I did what I was told ... lots and lots of reading (still), networking and of course, sharing :)

So, you can imagine my excitement as I have been counting down the days for the release of his third book, Saving the World at Work. I promise to report back as soon as I am finished!
