Open Source, plainly put, is a developer term - meaning that everything, all of the coding, design and content are available to everyone. As you can imagine - I heart all things open source :)
You can expect the usual tools ... text docs, presentations, email, calendars, contacts, lists, links and according to their website, "spreadsheets" very soon.
The cool thing about using an online program for your office docs is that they are available everywhere you are ... everywhere you are online that is - important to note. You can share your docs, calendars, etc. with team members, managers, the list goes on ...
